Cooking Method :
First lets prepare the ingredients.. Crack 3 eggs one after the other into a bowl and beat until the yolk and white blends and foams well.
Marinate the main ingredient- the Boneless Chicken pieces with a little bit of salt, chicken masala and beaten eggs. Be sure to coat the chicken pieces well on both sides and keep it aside for half an hour.
Blend arrowroot biscuit in a mixer till it is powdered finely. Take some in a flat plate.
After half an hour, coat the marinated chicken pieces with the biscuit powder as thoroughly as possible. Heat oil in a cooking pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces for about 4–5 minutes.
You can serve Pan fried Arrowroot chicken pieces with tomato /garlic sauce, salad and potato chips as accompaniment.
