Chicken Vindaloo

Ingredients :

   
Oil   Crushed Mustard
Green Chilli Chopped   Chicken
Chopped Onion   Masala
Turmeric powder   Cloves
Pepper powder   Cardamom
Chilli Powder   Ginger
Coriander powder   Cinnamon
Garlic   Vinegar
Coriander leaves   Salt
Tomato   Tomato Sauce
Curry Leaves

Cooking Method :

First pour 4tbsp oil to the pan. Now we will add two tsp mustard to it. Then to this will add chopped onion and saute it well and also add required curry leaves to it.

Now to this add few garlic, chopped ginger and 2 tbsp of grounded cardamom. Now add 1 tbsp of chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry it well. Add chopped green chilli and tomato to it. Pour vinegar and stir it well. Again add a pinch of turmeric powder.

Now we will add our main ingredient, chicken to it and also add some salt to taste. When it is cooked well add chopped cilantro and pudhina leaves to it. Then add ginger again to it. Next we will add some tomato sauce. We will cook it for 10 mins.
