Cooking Method :

Cut sausages into thin slices and keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium flame in a shallow pan. Add onions and stir-fry until it softens and turns golden brown. Add thinly chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and diced tomatoes into the pan, continue sautéing until the veggies are half cooked. Add 1-2 tsp of coriander powder, red chilly powder and stir-fry the masala. Add some water to avoid dryness and little bit of salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.

Once the veggies are cooked, add the formerly sliced sausages into the curry and give it a quick stir. Add half glass of ground cashew nut milk into the recipe along with tomato sauce and keep sautéing the mixture. To further add spice to the recipe we can include garam masala, chat masala and sauté the mixture. Now that our Sausage butter masala is almost ready, lets enhance the taste by adding 2-3 tbsp of ghee along with 2-3 tsp of sugar, few chopped coriander leaves and soya sauce. Mix well and now sausage butter masala is ready to serve.

Sausage butter masala goes well with tawa naan, vegetable pulao, or jeera rice.
