Cooking Method :

To start off, lets begin by roughly chopping sausages across, in half-inch thickness. Keep aside the pieces for later use. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped onions and continue sautéing until it turns golden brown.. Now add the Masala combo such as Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Salt and pepper powder. Add a little water so that the Masala doesn't get burnt. Mix well all the ingredients and finally add the formerly chopped sausages into the recipe. Close the lid and let it cook for some 2-3 minutes. Your Pepper sausage is ready to serve.

Transfer your sausages covered in pepper into a platter. This spicy mouth watering dish goes well with ghee rice or chapatti and is also a good starter recipe.
