Chicken Paratha

Ingredients:
   
Chicken Keema
- 200gm
Onion paste
- 2tsp
Ginger Juice
- 1tsp
Garam Masala
-  
Powder
- 1/2tsp
Dalda/Ghee
- 4tbsp
Lemon Juice
- 2tsp
Corriander Leave
- 1stalk(finely chopped)
Chaat Masala
- 1tsp
Egg
- 1
Flour
- 300gm
Jeera Powder
- 2 tsp
Salt
- to taste
Boiled Carrot  - 1/2 cup

Method:
(Paratha)

Mix chicken keema, mashed boiled carrot and flour together to make a dough. Then mix all the spices and egg without dalda, with the dough and keep it in a cold place for 10minutes.After 10minutes make roll the dough and make paratha shapes out of it. Heat a flat pan with dalda spreaded on it and fry the parathas in low flame from both the sides properly and serve with butter or ghee on top with pudina chutney.

Method:(Pudina Chutney)

Take one stalk of pudina leaves, 1tsp ginger paste, 1tsp garlic paste, 1tsp tamarind pulp, sugar and salt to taste and 2 green chillies. Now make a puree of these ingredients and serve with parathas.

I just love parathas and the method shown here was very simple to make.I was unable to find other parathas for which vegetables are used.I would be thankful if you could include other paratha recipes.

chicken paratha is tastier when it is covered with flour like aloo paratha,and chutneys are wonderful with out garlic...pudina with ginger lemon sugar salt and green chllies tastes amazing....
