Take a bowl.. Put the basen flour, red chilly powder and salt together. Mix it well with water to make thick dough.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the borage leaves in dough... Ensure the dough has covered the leaf fully.
Then deep-fry the leaves in hot oil.
When it turns brownish in colour take it out and serve in a plate...
