Ingredients
Milk	-	500ml
Butter	-	100g
Powdered sugar	-	100g
Fresh cream	-	1/2 C
Gelatin	-	2level tsp
Hot water	-	2tbs
Vanilla essence	-	drops

Method:

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla essence and 1/4 cup cream. Beat until fluffy. Heat the milk till

It thickens & chill it. Dissolve gelatin in hot water & add to butter mix. Whisk gently after adding chilled milk. Pour into ice tray & freeze till well set. Add the remaining cream & set again.

Serve with fresh fruits.
