Ingredients :
Egg : 3
Tomato : 2
Onion : 1
Green Chilies : 2
Celery Leaves : fistful
Salt : as required
Oil : 2 tpspoon
Mustard,Curry Leaves : for grinding

Method of Preparation :

step 1: Grind the above ingredients well in a mixer.

step 2: Then pour oil 2 tpspoon add mustard,curry leaves now add the grinded ingredients mix it well for 3 to 4 mins.Egg chutney is ready now.

Note: Egg chutney will taste more with idly, dosa,chappathi and even with cooked rice.
