Method:
First clean the chicken and cut into small pieces. Then take the masalas red chilli,cumin seeds,coriander,and black pepper. Roast these masalas, cool it and grind it,keep away.
Now heat the kadai and put oil, let the oil heat up, and put ginger and garlic paste leave for 5 minutes, now add chicken and turmeric powder and salt leave it for 15 mintues till the chicken is tender. Add grounded masala. After this heat a pan, put oil and fry the mustards,urad dal,green chillies,curry leaves and garlic.
Now serve the chicken with garnish coriander leaves and serve with rice. |
