|  Cooking Method :  Rub Cabbage, French beans, Spring onion, Carrot and Capsicum 
        in a bowl thoroughly along with one teaspoon of salt.  Add refined flour and 1/4 cup of corn flour. Blend well and shape them 
        into lemon sized balls. Deep fry vegetable balls for three to four minutes 
        in a medium heat or until it turn into golden brown . Drain on absorbent 
        paper.  Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a wok or a pan and stir fry the ginger and 
        garlic paste for half a minute. Add celery, green chilies and stir fry 
        for another half a minute. Add soya sauce, sugar, pepper , MSG (optional) and salt. Stir in water 
        or vegetable stock and bring to boil. Add corn flour mixture and cook 
        for couple of minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken. Add vegetable 
        balls, vinegar and mix well. Easy veg ball manchurian is ready to serve.
