|  Cooking Method :  In a thick bottomed cooking container. Add butter and 
        chopped onions. Fry onions till it become shiny.(Make sure that it do 
        not turn golden brown in colour). Add water along with a pinch of salt and pepper powder, 
        allow to boil for five minutes. When it is cooled down, put it n a liquidiezer 
        and make a fine puree. Pass it through a sieve. Put this back in vessel and allow to boil again. When 
        it starts boiling, turn flame into medium.  Mix the flour in milk and add it to soup. Stir continiously 
        for few more minutes. Add salt and pepper powder . Garnish with chopped 
        coriander leaves.  If you wish, add little fresh cream while serving.      |
