|  Cooking Method :  Combine the curd, turmeric powder and besan in a deep 
        bowl and mix well till no lumps remain. Keep aside.  Heat oil in a deep non stick pan and add cumin seeds. 
        When the seeds crackle, add green chillies and ginger and saute on a medium 
        flame for few seconds. Add onions and saute on a medium flame for one 
        minute.  Add curd besan mixture followed by milk and 1/2 cup of 
        water. Mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 mintues. Keep stirring 
        occassionaly.  Add cucumber, tomatoes, salt and pepper powder, mix well 
        and cook on slow flame for another minute, while stirring occassionaly. 
       Garnish the soup with a sprig of coriander and serve hot.     |
