 Cooking Method : 
    Fry papads and keep it crispy.
    Grind coconut, onion and green chilly together coarsely. Note.. Don't let it become a paste consistency...
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Put mustard seeds into it. Let it splutter. Then put curry leaves...
    Add coconut mixture into the pan and fry it till it turns light brown in colour. 
    Crush papads and then add the Papad pieces into the pan...
    Mix well and switch off the stove. Let the papad remain crispy. Serve hot.   A mom's dish... Try it out... |
