Ingredients:
Oil
   
Urud dhal
- 1 spoon
Tamarind small quantity
- (3 in number)
Garlic small quantity
- (3 in number)
Tomato
- 1 big
Green chillies
- 3 in number
Palak
   
Salt - to taste

Method:

Heat oil in a pan add 1 spoon urud dhal and a small quantity of tamarind + garlic + a big tomato (finely chopped)+ green chillies +palak(finely chopped)and salt to taste

A little bit of frying the above ingredients is enough keep aside till the heat goes out. Take a mixie and grind all the above (don’t grind like a paste) kora korappa grind. Palak is very good for health.
