Fenugreek Dosa

Items required :

   
Boiled rice
- 1 tumbler
Half boiled rice
- 1 tumbler
Fenugreek
- 1 and a half spoon
Urad dhal
- 1 and a half spoon
Red chilly
- 3 in number
Curd
- 2 spoons
Salt - to taste.

Preparation :

Soak boiled rice, half boiled rice and fenugreek and urad dhal for 4 hours then grind all the above along with red chilly and add salt for taste to a fine grannuals. Keep it aside.

When u want to pour dosa just add curd along with that. Try it and see.

This preparation of dosa is rich in iron and protein.

This dosa makes easy digestion
