Pakora known by different names such as Pakoda, bhaji, bhajiya etc is a fried snack popular all over India.

People make Pakora with a variety of vegetables, but here Dr. Neelima Sinha from Nagpur shows us a unique but yummy variety made with leftover cooked rice.

Ingredients :
   
Leftover cooked rice - 1 cup
Green chillies
- 2
Dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp
Grated ginger
- 1 tsp.
Salt
- to taste
Oil - to fry

Method :

Take a bowl and mash the leftover cooked rice in it. Add all the other ingredients excepting the oil and mix well.

Apply oil on palm and form small balls of the mixture.

Deep fry these balls till light brown. Serve hot with tomato or Chilly Sauce.
