Clean the chicken and set it aside. Take a blender and add all ingredients
except for the chicken and make a fine paste.
Now apply this paste on the chicken. Now with a fork
make as many holes as you can in the chicken.
This will help the masala to go into the chicken. Let
it marinate for four hours. Refrigerated to get best results.
Now grill this in a oven till dark brown using butter.
Garnish with onion roundels and chaat masala
