Ingredients :    

Dried Chilli

- 50 gm

Coriander

- 100 gm

White Gram Dal

- 50 gm

Besan Dal

- 75 gm

Tuvar Dal

- 75 gm

Fenugreek

- 50 gm

Turmeric powder

- 25 gm

Pepper

- 1 tbs
Gingili Oil - 1 dsp

Method :

Heat the oil in a pan and roast the chilli. Remove the chilli from the oil and roast all the other ingredients except turmeric.

After that grind all the roasted ingredients and turmeric to a fine powder. Store it in a clean airtight container.
