Mix egg and sugar in a bowl and beat well with an egg beater. Add essence and refined oil in it and mix well with a ladle. Keep it aside.
Take a medium size non stick pan. Spread 2tbs ghee in it. Pour the prepared egg mixture into it. Bake the cake on a low flame. When it is done remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Beat the 2nd ingredients with the egg beater. Pour this above the prepared
cake and cook.
Note: Keep a flat aluminium plate at the bottom
of the pan, in order to avoid the cake from burning.
