Mango Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:    
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Shallots - 3
Ginger - 1/4 cm
Raw mango - 1/4 cup without the skin
Green chilies - 5
Curry leaves - few
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Method of Preparation :

Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground. Shape into a ball and is eaten with rice, idly, dosa.
