Clean and cut
boneless chiken cuts in strips. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin seeds, greenchilly, curry leaves, pepper & garm masala.
After that add maida(refind flour), rice flour and some water(if needed) then again mix well.
Heat oil in a pan to fry the chiken pakoda. Make sure that the fire is in sim mode, Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil.
When the chicken strips turn golden in colour move it to a serving plate. Serve Hot!
