Take a biscuit and spread butter on one side.
Top with coriander leaves and pepper.
Close with buttered side of another biscuit. Press tightly so that the biscuits stay together. Repeat the process with the whole pack of biscuits.
Take maida (refined flour) in a bowl. Add some water, pepper coriander leaves and salt.
Mix well to make a batter of semi liquid consistancy.
Dip the biscuits in the maida masala batter and cover with bread crumbs.
The heat oil in a pan and deep fry the biscuits on medium flame. When the biscuit turn golden in color move it to a serving plate.
