Bread Aloo Chaat

Ingredients :

Boiled medium size potatoes - 2
Chopped Green Chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - ¼ cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - ½ cup
Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
Salt - To taste
Bread slices - 6-8
Butter - 2 tsp
onions - ½ cup
Tomato - ½ cup
Capsicum - ½ cup
Chat masala - ½ tsp
mint chuntney - 1 cup ( Made of mint leaves, green chilly, ginger, garlic, water, salt & yogurt)
Tomato Ketchup - 2 to 3 tsp
Oil - to fry

Preparation :

Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.

In another bowl mix flour, red chilly powder, little salt and water to make a smooth batter.

Now take the bread slices and cut them diagonally.

Spread the prepared potato mixture over bread pieces. Press them firmly with your hands and make sure mixture is stuck to the bread.

With a spoon pour and spread flour batter on top of the potato mixture.

Heat a flat pan on medium heat and pour some oil in it. Place the bread slices potato side down. Let it cook for some time till they become golden brown.

Now spread butter on top of bread and turn it over.

Cook till bread slices become brown and crispy

Now transfer the bread to a platter and garnish with chopped vegetables, mint chutney, chaat masala, tomato ketchup and cilantro, just before servin.
