Soya chunks or Soy meat, a byproduct formed after extracting oil from the soy beans is rich in protein, and is known as the vegetarians meat.

Soy Chunk recipes

Ingredients :

Soya nuggets- 1 cup
Oil- 1
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic- 1 tsp
Chilli- 3
Red chilly- 1
onion bulbs
capscicum – cut into strips
Soya sauce- 3 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Salt
Black pepper – a pinch
Vinegar – 1tsp
Spring onion

Preparation :

Pour oil to the hot pan. Add ginger and garlic paste to it. Sauté it well.

Add chopped green chillies-broken red chillies, Onions bulbs and mix well.

Add sliced onion, capsicum strips.

Now add sauces- soya and chilli

Salt and pepper as your taste.

Now add soya nuggets, saute well and cook for a few minutes. Finally add a teaspoon of vinegar for taste and garnish with spring onions.

Chilli Soya Nuggets is ready! Serve hot with rice or chapati
