Boil soy chunks in hot water mixed with 1 tsp of turmeric powder in a vessel. Strain and keep it aside.
Similarly put Macaroni in hot water and boil it well. Strain water from it and set it aside.
Place a pan on the stove, pour oil into it.
When the oil heats up, add onions and coriander leaves in to it.
Put the tomato cubes in to the pan along with the required amount of salt.
When the tomato forms gravy, put the soy chunks in to the mixture.
Add pepper powder too...
When all blends well, add macroni in to the pan and mix it well.
Now the dish is ready to serve.
