Boil the beetroots in 5 cups of water and add some cinnamon and cardamom to it. Keep the pan open while boiling.
After boiling , take out all the beetroot pieces and squeeze it to get the pulp from it. Mix the pulp with the boiled water.
Now add sugar to it and boil for around 5 to 6 mins.
Add lime juice and stir well.
When cool, pour the squash into a dry bottle or container and refrigerate. To serve ¼th glass of squash and mix required water with it. Add sugar if needed.
NOTE: You can make more than 15 glasses with one bottle of squash.
