Cooking Method :
Cut the left over idlis into small cubes. Mix the sliced idlis with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder ( to mix evenly add little yogurt).
Deep fry the idli mixture in oil.
Heat oil in a pan add some mustard seeds as it splutters add curry leafs and onions.
Once onions are nicely sauted add the fried idlis.
Serve hot as a snack.
