Cooking Method :
Cut the potatoes into four pieces. Then slice the pieces vertically to get wedges.
Place a kadai on the stove with ½ cup of oil on a medium flame. When the oil heats up add sliced potato wedges into the Kadai. Sauté and fry the potato wedges for 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon take out the fried potato wedges. Keep it aside.
Break an egg into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of garam masala, beat well and then mix in the bread crumps. Coat the fried potato wedges well with the masala mix and keep aside for half an hour to one hour.
Heat ½ cup of cooking oil in the Kadai and fry the Masala coated potato wedges again for another 10 minutes till golden.
