Cooking Method :

Heat 1tbsp of oil in a small pan. Roast the garlic cloves on lower heat for few minutes.

After the cloves change into golden brown color, transfer the garlic into a plate. Let it cool.

Next roast the dry red chillies and tamarind in the same oil.

Now you can grind all the fried ingredients in a mixer along with required salt and 1 or 2 small tomatoes. Make a smooth paste.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a small pan and splutter Mustard seeds in it. Add some curry leave along with the ground paste in to it.

The result will be a finger licking chutney. It tastes great with idli, dosa, chappatti, adai, boiled tapioca, parathas etc.
