Tasty, healthy and easy to make Ragi Uthappam
Cooking Method :
Make a thick batter by mixing all ingredients and water.
Heat pan and grease it with oil or ghee.
Pour the batter on the griddle. As soon as you pour it, quickly spread
the batter in a cicular manner to get a thin and round Uthappam. Cook
both sides well.
Remove from the griddle and serve ragi uthappam hot with spicy sambhar
or coconut chutney.
