A flavorful stock is the key to successful vegetarian cooking

Ingredients :

Carrots - 3
Onion - 1
Parsley Sprig - 1 Cup
Pepper Powder - 1-2 Tsp
Salt - To Taste

 Cooking Method :

Heat the ingredients together along with water in a large saucepan

Occasionally remove the scum from the top as the stock cooks by running a spoon across it

Cook until the vegetables are tender. Strain the stock

It can be used in a variety of ways to make soups, rice dishes etc.
