Macaroni is a variety of pasta made with wheat but without adding egg. Crispy, Macaroni cutlets are delicious and easy to make

Ingredients :

Boiled Macroni - 3/4 cup
Grated Paneer - 3/4 cup
Boiled, mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs - 3/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Red chilly powder  - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Cooking Method :

Squash the boiled Macroni a little bit with your hands. Add grated Paneer and mashed potatoes and mix well. Add bread crumbs, chopped cilantro, onions along with red chilly powder, dry mango powder and salt, and mix well. 

Take small pieces out of the mixture and make stiff rolls out of it as shown. Deep fry the rolls in oil. Do not overcrowd them or turn them over fast. We can make around 15 cutlets.

Crispy, Macaroni cutlets are ready to serve.
