Cooking Method :
Add around 15 – 16 bite size pieces of bread slices into a large bowl. Add a glass of milk and mash well with a spoon. To this add in a bowl full of sugar. Break an egg on to the bread mixture and continue to mix up the ingredients. If you think the bread mixture requires a little more milk add another glass of milk and repeat mashing. Now transfer the bread mixture to a mixer jar, grind until a thick paste like consistency is achieved.
Transfer the bread mixture into a vessel and pressure cook for around 15 to 20 minutes. Mean while lets prepare the seasoning required for the bread pudding. For this purpose lets roast ¼ cup of broken cashew nut in 2-3 tbsp of clarified butter or ghee until cashew nuts achieve slender brown color.
Transfer the bread pudding on to a plate and lets garnish it using the roasted cashew nuts our bread pudding is ready to serve.
