Ingredients :

Chopped Tomatoes - 2
Curry leaves - a handful
Fried chicken - ½ cup
Chopped green chillies - 3-4
Chopped Garlic - 4-5
Chopped Ginger - 3-4
Crushed dry red chilly - 4 tbsp
Onion Sliced - 1

Cooking Method :

Add oil into the shallow pan to this add onions and saute well. Add garlic, ginger and curry leaves along with crushed dry red chilly and continue to saute well.

Now lets add tomatoes into the pan along with formerly made fried chicken pieces into the pan. Toss and fry all the condiments until good aroma emanates to kitchen. Our vattal mulaku special Kethan chicken is ready to serve. It is the best side dish for Parotta, Chapattis or even with Fried rice.
