Ingredients :

   
Rice - 1cup
Moong dal - (yellow-3/4th Cup)
Potato sliced - 1 big
Green peas - 100 gms-boiled
Cauliflower - Few pieces
Carrot sliced - 1
Brinjals sliced - 2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Chilli power -  
turmeric power -  
coriander powder -  
Garam masala -  
Salt -  
Mustard Seeds -  
Garnishing :    
Fresh coriander leaves, Greated Coconuts

Cooking Method :

  • Take one tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds and let it splutter

  • Add all vegetables one by one - Brinjals towars the end

  • Now add all masalas / Spices and saute

  • Add soaked and washed Moong Dal and Rice

  • Mix well and add water - Pressure cooker till 2 whistles - simmer for 5 mins

  • Garnish with Coriander leaves and Greated coconut
