Cooking Method :

To begin with, lets prepare the Masala. Break an egg into a mixer bowl, to this add thinly chopped ginger, garlic, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, corn flour followed by cardamom powder, cloves, cinnamon stick, lemon juice and salt. Grind well for 2 minutes until we get a smooth masala paste.

Now that our Masala is ready, lets cut the sausages for frying. Split sausages in half lengthwise and marinate in the formerly made masala paste for half an hour. Heat oil in a round-bottomed pan. When the oil turns piping hot, deep fry the marinated sausages. Initially the sausage will swell up and change color but keep frying (10 - 15 mins) till sausages becomes brown in colour.

Serve Sausage Masala Fry with Potato wedges, veg salad and sauce. It goes well as a good accompaniment with the main course as well.
