Cooking Method :
To begin with lets heat the kadai and pour Sunflower Oil into it. You can add Cunic seeds into the pan and let them splutter. You may then add the already prepared onion tomato masala into the pan. Now its time to add our specially made Yellow masala gravy.
Now lets add the spices such as Tumeric powder, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder along with a bit of salt and sugar into the pan. Once the condients turn tender lets add two pieces of boiled Chicken into the recipe. We'll add a little of water into it to enhance the flavour.
Lets add some chopped Coriander leaves into the recipe. We can turn off the stove and our Chicken Dopiaza is ready.
Once we have prepared our recipe lets garnish our recipe with Onion slices along with thinly chopped ginger.
Children love this recipe especially because it is not too spice nor sweet. It is best served with chapattis, Nan or Roti.
