Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a wide pan , add chopped Okra's and stir-fry for some time until it softens slightly and turns golden brown , say for about four minutes. Now keep aside the Fried Okra's, meanwhile lets prepare the Gravy.
Heat the pan at medium flame, pour two tbsp of oil, to this add thinly sliced onions. Continue sautéing until the onions turn golden brown; to this add chopped tomatoes and garlic. Let the veggies be cooked until rich aroma emanates the kitchen. Now let's season the veggies with spices. Lets begin by adding coriander powder, meat masala and salt. Add water if you need more gravy. Add chopped Green chillies and curry leaves to the curry and give a good mix.
Now introduce the formerly made fried Okra's into the curry along with diluted Coconut milk. Let the curry cook for 5 minutes and our spicy Okra coconut milk curry is ready to serve.
