Cooking Method :
Heat 2 tbsp of oil at medium flame in a shallow pan. Add onions and stir around till it softens and turns golden brown. Now you can add chopped ginger, green chillies and diced tomatoes into our recipe continue sautéing until the veggies are cooked. Now its time to add the condiments such as salt and pepper into the recipe followed by our special ingredient grated coconut. Keep sautéing for some more time until the oil separates.
Pour uncooked raw eggs into the curry and let it spread. To add further spice to your recipe, add 1-2 tsp of red chilly powder and sauté till done. And finally your Coconut Egg Burji is ready to serve.
