Boil the pieces of baby corn in water by adding salt and turmeric powder.
Make a bit thick batter with gram flour, chilly powder, salt and water.
Mix the boiled pieces of baby corn in the batter and fry it in the oil heated in a pan.
Again in another pan heat oil, and fry onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add garam masala, sauté for sometime and then add tomato sauce and soy sauce.
Mix everything well after adding the fried baby corn in to the mixture.
Add needed amount of salt and garnish with coriander leaves after turning off the stove.
Now you can serve it in the serving bowl.
