Crispy Pakoda

Ingredients:

   
Flour - cup
Rice powder - 1 cup
Besan - 1tbspn
Suji / Rava - 1/2tbspn
Curd - 1/2
Asafoetida -  
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 5, chopped
Onion - 2, finely chopped
Curry leaves - 10, chopped
Carom seeds - 1/4tbspn
Salt - to taste
Oil - for fry

Method :

Mix it all ingredients and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Make lemon-sized balls.

Flatten them into small cutlets and deep fry in hot oil

Remove and drain.

Serve with chutney or sauce.
