Method of Preparation
Boil baby corn pieces in water by adding salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in a pan , add green chilly and onion.
When the onion turns golden yellow in color, add the boiled baby corn pieces and red chilly powder in to it. Sauté it for 2 -3 minutes.
Now add tomatoes and capsicum into it and fry for one minute.
Cook well after adding salt and needed amount of water.
When it is done, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the stove and serve hot with rice or Chappathi.
