Potatoes with Broccoli

Ingredients :    
Chopped Onion - 1 ½ cup
Garlic minced - 4 – 5 cloves
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - to taste
Cubed potatoes - 1 cup
Chopped Broccoli - ½ cup
Water - as required
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - to fry

Cooking Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté till it gets transparent.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper, salt and fry for another minute.

Add the cubed potatoes and let it fry and get coated well with the mixture.

Add broccoli and water and bring to a boil Cover and cook for 10-20 minutes over medium heat until the potatoes go tender.

Add limejuice, stir for a minute and remove from heat.

Serve hot with rice.
