Wash bitter gourd, cut both ends remove the core from it, cut in to pieces, as you like.
Deep fry the pieces in oil and keep it aside.
Grind the onion to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan; put the onion paste into it. Add in red chilly powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and salt. Stir to fry.
When it is done, fill the mixture in the fried bitter gourd pieces as shown...
