Cheese Bread Pakoda

Ingredients :
Bread - 2 slices
Cheese - 2 slices cut in the shape of a triangle
Besan flour - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Water - to make thick batter
Oil - to fry

Cooking Method :

Make a batter of besan, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ajwain, with water.

Add a little oil to the batter, so that the bread will not absorb too much oil while frying.

Cut the bread in the shape of a triangle and place the slice of cheese on it. Keep the other triangle shaped piece of bread over it.

Now coat the sandwich completely with the besan batter. The batter should cover all the sides of the cheese stuffed bread. Otherwise the cheese may melt while frying.

Deep fry in oil. You can serve it with tomato sauce...
