Crispy Onion Pakodas

Ingredients:
   
Besan
- 1 cup
Rice Flour
- 2Table Spoon
Soji
- 2 Table Spoon
Onion
- 2 Big (chopped lengthwise)
Chilies
- 2-3(finely chopped)
Chili Powder
- 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
-  
Salt
- 1 tsp
Oil - 2 cups

Method:

Take Besan in a bowl. Add Rice flour, soji, chopped onions, chilies, salt, chili powder and finely chopped curry leaves. Add cumin seeds.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add it to the other ingredients mixed in the bowl. Add water to form a batter.

Deep fry till golden brown.
