Onion Tomato Gravy

Ingredients :    

Tomato (cut in to small cubes)

- 4 no
Onion chopped - 3 no

Mustard seeds

- 2 tsp
Chilly powder - 3 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Water -

  • Primarily grind the onion and tomatoes to a thick paste, in a mixer jar.

  • Put the pan on the stove on a medium flame and pour oil into it.

  • When the oil heats up, add mustard seeds into the oil and let it splutter.

  • Then put the onion and tomato paste into the pan.

  • Now stir well for some time.

  • Add chilly powder and Garam masala powder into the mixture.

  • We can also add just enough water to not to let the mixture go dry.

  • Add required amount of salt and turn off the stove.

Now the dish is ready to serve. It is really a spicy one. Try it out.
