Puffed Dal Balls

Ingredients:
Puffed Dal (pottukadala) - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Milk - one or two tbsp

Method:

Place the puffed dal and sugar in a mixer and grind it into a powder consistency. Combine the fine powder with ghee and knead with the fingertips. Sprinkle milk, and shape into firm balls. Garnish with cashew, almond or pistachio. Serve hot. You could store them in airtight containers.
