Method of Preparation :
Take wheat flour in a bowl along with salt, green chillies, red chilli powder,ginger, curry leaves, onions and finally cabbage. Add some water to form a slightly thick batter. Knead this mixture well with your bare hands, and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Shape round pakoras as seen here from the batter.
Now heat the pan, add oil, and drop the pakoras one by one, onto the boiling oil. Fry them on medium flame. When one side gets done, turn over the other side and fry till they turn golden brown. Serve hot and relish… .
