Amar Kanwar is an Indian artist and filmmaker lives and works in New Delhi where he was born in 1964. His lyrical and meditative work explores the political, social, economic and ecological conditions of the Indian subcontinent.  and have been included in many international exhibitions including in Documenta 11 and The Whithney Museum.
